SlideVerso (operated under the Golden Corpus brand) is built for confidential, client-facing material. This policy explains what we handle and how.
Zero retention of your decks
Your uploaded presentation is stored only transiently while it is being translated, and is deleted immediately once processing finishes. The translated output is kept only briefly so you can download it (short-lived, then purged). We never retain your deck content, and the database stores only metadata (job status, slide count, language, timing) — never the text of your slides.
Translation processing & no training
To translate your deck, its text is sent to our translation processor (Anthropic, via the Claude API) over an encrypted connection. That processor does not train its models on data submitted through the API. Your content is used strictly to generate the translated deck in that one session, then discarded.
Google Slides integration
If you connect Google Slides, SlideVerso requests only the permissions needed to read the presentation you choose and write the translated copy back to your Google Drive. Tokens are held in memory for that session and are not stored in our database. We do not access any other files in your Drive.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. SlideVerso never sees or stores your payment card numbers; Stripe provides us only with a payment identifier, status and receipt URL.
Analytics & telemetry
We run a self-hosted or privacy-respecting analytics instance (PostHog) to understand aggregate usage (page views, upload starts, completion rates). We do not run advertising trackers, re-targeting pixels or third-party behavioral scripts.
Your rights & questions
You may request deletion of your account and metadata at any time by writing to support@slideverso.com. Because decks are not retained, there is nothing of your slide content to delete after a job finishes.
