Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SlideVerso (the “Service”), an automated presentation-translation service operated by Emmanuel Prouvèze under the brand Golden Corpus (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SlideVerso translates PowerPoint presentations between languages while preserving formatting, and returns a finished file. Translation is performed automatically; no human reviews your deck. Output is delivered as a downloadable file and a link from your dashboard.
2. Payment & the completeness guarantee
The Service is pay-per-deck; the price is shown for your specific deck before you pay. If a translation does not complete to our standard (every slide translated and consistent), the job fails and you are automatically refunded — you are not charged for an incomplete result. A free watermarked preview of one slide is available before purchase.
3. Fidelity, not perfection
Translated text rarely occupies the same space as the original, so some reflow is inherent. We preserve formatting faithfully and keep every slide complete and readable, but do not guarantee pixel-identical layout. Text baked into images is not translated (only editable text).
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the decks you upload. You confirm you have the right to translate them. We process your file only to produce the translation and delete it immediately afterwards (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the deck in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
