Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SlideVerso (the “Service”), an automated presentation-translation service operated under the Golden Corpus brand (“we”, “us”), the seller of the Service. Our seller details are published on the Commercial Disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記) page. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SlideVerso translates PowerPoint presentations between languages while preserving formatting, and returns a finished file. Translation is performed automatically; no human reviews your deck. Output is delivered as a downloadable file and a link from your dashboard.
2. Payment & the completeness guarantee
The Service is pay-per-deck; the price is shown for your specific deck before you pay. If a translation does not complete to our standard (every slide translated and consistent), the job fails and you are automatically refunded — you are not charged for an incomplete result. A free watermarked preview of one slide is available before purchase.
3. Your content & ownership
You retain all ownership and copyright of the presentations you upload and their translated outputs. You grant us only the limited license needed to process and deliver your translation. We do not use your content to train machine learning models, and we do not retain your input presentations after processing finishes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to translate material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or in violation of applicable export-control laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the files you submit.
5. Privacy & confidentiality
Our handling of your files and account information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Input decks are processed transiently and deleted immediately after translation.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Automated translation may contain errors, omissions or stylistic imperfections. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific translation job giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
